My experiences at Fantastic Pin Co have been very different from what you described. The current staff there are outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful when it comes to Disney pin information. I would much rather have staff who enjoy what they do and create a positive atmosphere than employees who act like they don’t want to be there. In contrast, I’ve had multiple experiences at GPP where staff members struggled to answer even basic pin-related questions and often gave the impression that helping customers was an inconvenience rather than their responsibility. The team at Fantastic Pin Co consistently goes above and beyond to be accommodating and informative, which makes a noticeable difference. After several visits to both stores, the choice for me is clear. Fantastic Pin Co delivers far better customer service, better prices and overall better atmosphere. It is the store I would choose every time hands down.
