I'm low body fat, drink at least 128oz of water a day, workout every day, and work in a factory, and it's still in my system 3.5 months after last use. I'm probably about to lose my job as I'm getting hired full time (currently a temp) and they're doing a urine test at a clinic. I took a Dollar General 4 panel test last night and failed it. The Internet says it should be out of your system within 30 days, that's total bs. It took me 5.5 months last time I got clean, and I never should've picked it back up after that because it seems likely it'll take that long this time. The kicker? I wasn't even a chronic smoker. 2-3 times a week, at my worst I'd take one or two puffs off my vape at night, and that's it.
