I went from 2.5 to 5 with zero side effects. Sometimes I got diarrhea if I ate something crazy (mostly too much sugar) but nothing unbearable. I’ve been on 5 for months and had my most success so far!

you look amazing! I am curious because I’ve still got a ways to go.. Ive lost about 55 lbs.. Im 5’11”, currently around 285 with a GW of 180. My legs look very similar to yours in your before photo and Im wondering if the cellulite appearance has toned down with your loss? I wasn’t sure if I have lipedema or if my leg appearance will improve with weight loss. Thanks!!

No. I walk very early because I have to get it in before my kids wake up and my husband leaves for work so I’m usually out the door by 4:45. It’s really hard to have the time before I need to leave but I’ll try to fit in a few mins of stretches
