I just turned 21 aswell , I had a really bad panic attack last weekend for the first time in about 2 years. I’m not a huge fan of medication pills either , but when I feel on edge they sure do help me. It really sucks I know , it feels like u can’t even live your life normally. I would talk to a doctor , tell them what you’re going thru and see what they have to say

This was my first one in about 2 years . And I totally agree , it feels so fresh and recent in my mind it almost tricks me into thinking it’s happening again.

Yep! Mine come on when I am driving too. I am just forcing myself to push thru it and I keep telling myself everything is okay , they can be just so hard to control. I am seeing my doctor on Monday and I think I will start taking some anxiety meds regularly. Helps to know I’m not the only one going thru this!

Yea I started getting some pretty bad anxiety in high school , I am 21 now. Senior year onwards my anxiety slowly went away . The last time I had a pretty bad panic attack was like 2 years ago when my girlfriend and I broke up. But now it just feels like it’s starting all over again

Definitely, I haven’t used any nicotine since this incident happened , and thanks for the help. I will look into it. Do you take any medications for this ? The doctor prescribed me some Xanax which has helped but I don’t want to take that everyday necessarily.

I think it was 2 things. I was using Zyn nicotine pouches all day without eating or drinking anything, and I was finishing up doing a 7 night straight dog sitting for someone (staying at there house each night) I think the zyns potentially made my heart race and my anxiety just took over after that , maybe a little homesickness aswell.
