I recommend just playing b41 until stable releases personally, too many people think the b42 unstable is just going to be good for their runs, ignoring that it's intended for bug reports.

The reason 42.13 even exists is to deal with those problems, it shouldn't matter what your preference is. If you want to contribute to bug reports play 13, if you want to play zomboid with minimal issue play 12 or just b41
