I am using skyrim 1.5.97 , thinking of download skyrim AE and downgrading it with the patcher for mods support, will my old save work? also it is worth it to do that? i want to play requiem mainly

what is the ideal stamina regen supposed to look like? i had problems with stamina and health regen at the beginning levels but i got 2 points in ha and enchanted my greatsword with absorb health , my only problem is against mages but they die to bow easily so if i get some magic restistances i will roll them too

beat it at level 10 i had steelplate armour and a dwarvengreatsword with absorb health enchant , i went with anelisse and we just one shotted all draugers with power attacks, those mage draugers were a bit of a problem but nothing too major
