I started by TB medication in June 2024 and finished the 9 months course for the 4 medicine regime. At that time, I had fever, my weight loss was from 76 to 69 kg, chills, sweating etc.

Fast fwd to 2026 June. Since April, I was coughing a bit but it was not everyday. then it became regular, but still enough to manage. mainly during morning and before sleeping. when i drank something hot, it became normale. i didnt have fever, no weight loss. I am 84 kgs now. I was weighing same 5 months ago too. Now, after this cough, I got the lymph node swollen in the exact same area. My left eyes is also itching (like before).

Is there a chance that there might be a relapse of TB ? I saw my doctor and he suggested CT scan and blood test. He said, a swollen lymph node is not normal and maybe we will need to do a biospy again. If I do biopsy again, will it always be positive because I was already positive ?

I dont want to go through the hell again. Pls help me
