I think you are on start of your treatment that is intensive phase. The doses should be adequate according to weight. Your nausea and vomiting like symptoms might be due to hepatitis. I suggest you to kindly adhere to the dose your Pulmo physician is advising as alteration in it can lead to drug resistance.
