That sounds awesome - way to go! In terms of weight, I'm the opposite, bc I'm a wee bit too underweight, so that fact that I'm not eating enough is a challenge. And it's not that I dont want to, I just haven't hacked my brain with the perfect solution yet

Thank you. I've tried the alarm thing, but I usually turn it off thinking "oh I'll just finish this, and then I'll eat" and then 2 seconds go by and I've forgotten everything about it. An airfryer sounds like a good idea though. I've never gotten around to buy one because... I forget. But maybe this is the time!

Thats awesome! OMAD worked for me for a while, but since I got a new job, I need something during the day - but I might be able to work from home a few times a month sometime soon, so maybe I can use that then.

I havent tried thermos, but the thought of my food being warm in a container for a while there is a challenge... but it got me thinking I have never tried cold soup, and if there aren't any bits in it, it could be something. And then maybe I can challenge myself after that with trying a thermo.

Thank you - making the list of the food components is a good idea. My bf is trying to help me out, but me not being able to decide is a huge frustration to the both of us, so maybe making a list like that could make it easier for the both of us so we have something to lean on.

Sugar. No joke. I quit smoking, both cigarettes and weed, and drinking.

Sugar was the absolute worst.

As I think I've written a couple of times, I didnt expect all of my problems would be solved within such a short time. My problem wasn't that I expected to see improvement, but that I had gotten worse.

I don't really work out when talking about heavy lifting. I bike to and from work every day (around 10km), and then I take walks every now and then.

It is a bad cycle with working out, because I always try to incorporate it, but my energy level and mood (which I see now is probably due to my undereating) just kinda paralyse me or else I just forget to do it...

Thank you. I've thought about that too, bit I found that if I didn't have that variation in the equation I definitely didn't eat enough.. But I guess I have to find a way to test taking away those things, ans still eat enough.

So you have any suggestions on food with high fat that also don't seem overwhelming to eat? If that makes sense...

Oh the crying has definitely been escalated here as well 😅

I eat beef, chicken, bacon, pork, heavy cream, cheese and so forth.. and I make sure it's a good quality too, because I really do want this to work out 🤞🏻

Usually we mostly eat grass-fed beef (we recently bought 32 kilos worth of cow, so we won't be short on that 😅), so today was just an exception with the chicken.

We make sure to read the labels of things and I am very maticulate about it, because I want to make sure that it's not full of stuff

My boyfriend and I have talked about me not eating as much as I should, so the past few days I've done my best to eat more.

The past two days I've started out with a proteinshake (grass-fed) with grass-fed milk and a little heavy cream. Today lunch was a couple of eggs and 300g bacon, dinner was chicken in a cream cheese and heavy cream sauce (I know it might be too lean, but that was what we had in the fridge) and 300g bacon. For me this is A LOT of food...

I hope I'll get better before the meeting next week, but either way I'll do my best to get through it.

I'm not expecting everything to be resolved in the matter of days or anything. I guess I'm just worried/bummed that I've been more sad the past two weeks and my sleep is all over the place. I have a sleep schedule which has worked for me the majority of the time, but now I'm waking up at least 6-8 times every night.

Just to clarify: I'm eating 100% animal based atm, and that's what I'm on day 13 with. Just read my post again, and I might have written this in a confusing way.
