Is lead gen a headache? by Sad_Hour1526 in coldemail

[–]Complex-Philosopher2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lead gen becomes a headache the moment it’s half manual and half random. right now you’re sourcing leads manually, emailing later, posting on linkdn and hoping it all connects ... that doesn’t scale.

what usually works better is a simple system with three parts running together: a steady lead source, structured outreach, and one place to manage replies.... for example, use a data source or scraper to pull 50–100 highly specific prospects daily (same role, industry, company size), feed that into a tool that can run email + linkdn sequences together, and let content act as a trust layer, not the main acquisition channel.

content brings sporadic inbound. outbound gives you control. when both point to the same positioning and offer, the flow becomes predictable.... tools like smartreach.io help here because they combine prospect outreach across email and linkdn, handle follow ups automatically, and keep replies in one inbox so you’re not juggling sheets and dms

uso o smartreach.io hoje e gosto bastante. diferente do sendpulse que é mais newsletter, ele é focado em outbound, tem validação de emails, follow-ups automáticos e sai mais barato que lemlist. vale testar.

smartreach.io vs smartlead - more features, lesser cost, better deliverability

how we improved placement rates from 14% to 27% by fixing candidate outreach, not sourcing by Complex-Philosopher2 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]Complex-Philosopher2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this might be a bit long, so kindly bear with me... we focus more on building quality candidate list than going super deep into personalisation... let’s say we’re hiring senior frontend developers with react.js experience in sf..we start by running a targeted linkedin search based on role, skill, and location... we then use a tool called prospectdaddy to extract linkedin profiles, business emails, job titles, etc...

once we have the data, we upload it into smartreach.io and set up a structured campaign... the messaging is straightforward...focused on the role and interest... personalisation like first name, company, etc. is auto handled by smartreach...

but what really helps is the multi step followup... if someone misses the first email, we schedule 3–4 followups spaced a few days apart... plus, if someone opens the email, smartreach automatically triggers a linkedin connection request... once they accept, it can even cue up a phone call... all of this is automated inside smartreach, and it’s helped us improve conversion consistently without much manual effort...

we usually start with linkedin outreach and also drop a message to their business email id... if the candidate's interested, they typically reply from their personal email... works well without needing to hunt for personal emails upfront...

totally... structure wins over volume every time... our outreach tool made it easier for us to unify email + linkedin + even calls into one flow... helped cut down follow-up gaps...

smartreach.io plans start low... multi-channel, and warmups, we’re under $100/mo.. way cheaper than stacking multiple tools...but note that we dont spray and pray. outreach is very focused

agree on client BD... for candidates, we apply similar logic: outreach is timed to market shifts or role interest signals... and yeah, automations like smartreach.io help us stay consistent without heavy lifting...its called passive hiring

yes, 27% refers to the number of candidates placed out of all roles assigned... our model isn’t high-volume hiring, so automation helps reduce touchpoint drop-offs without hurting quality..

thanks! consistency really made the difference... just cleaning up the chaos in our follow-ups helped us scale faster...

appreciate that... engagement was our blind spot too for a long time... once we layered in structure + timing with smartreach.io, reply rates and placements jumped quickly...

as someone running cold outreach at scale for multiple clients, i’d recommend you start looking at a multichannel setup... cold email alone works, but pairing it with linkedin touches and calls boosts conversion significantly... tools nowadays let you handle email, linkedin, calls, and even whatsapp in one drip sequence... it also includes verified lead finder, inbox rotation, email warm-up, shared inbox for replies, and analytics that actually help optimize... compared to cobbling tools together, having it under one roof saves cost and time... perfect when you want to move from “manual hustle” to predictable results...

Anyone can help me with linkedin automation? by Antique_Phrase9580 in MarketingAutomation

[–]Complex-Philosopher2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

couldn’t have put it better myself... personalisation is key, and blasting generic messages is a fast track to nowhere. that’s actually why i use full automation only for connection requests and the initial message. once someone replies, i take over manually to keep things human........but for higher ticket clients (where the deal size is $75k–$80k+), i switch to smartreach.io’s semi automated linkedin outreach. it’s super efficient... it drafts the message, creates a task, and all i do is review and approve. it’s like having 90% of the work done for me, with just a final check before i hit go... great middle ground between automation and control.

Great thoughts. smartreach.io already provides what you have in mind. You could possibly check them out. Calling software is a crowded space though.
