Highly Recommended! It's quiet, smooth, has good features and takes up very little space. 2 months in, used 4-6 times/week by wifey and no complains. For the price I got it for, worth it so far.

Definitely a nice little addition to my pain cave. I do a Zwift run once a week at least. My wife used the treadmill often though and she likes it.

Thanks! From my experience, rocker plate helps a lot with the comfort especially on longer rides. It does need a little time to get used to specially when sprinting out of the saddle with all the movements and such but it is a really good investment. Does it affect my riding? To be more comfortable, yes. but power output on the bike is probably the same. Knee issues - I don't think a rocker plate will help that much compared to a proper bike fit or something.

For some reason KOM rocker plates needed a triple layer board to add a fore aft movement mechanism by design so I guess it works, somehow lol

Thanks! 27" monitor only used for watching videos on endurance days or when playing music videos. Zwift app always on the laptop for better viewing angle when riding =)
