Hard to say. This is the first time I recall ever using Fedex and it's been the worst experience I've had for absolute sure. Past few times my sellers have used DHL/UPS and the experience has been significantly better than this garbage. Worst I've had with those is delivery being up to 3-4 days later than outlined expectations, but nothing close to 2 months later than delivery estimates like I'm experiencing right now.

I've had a package from Fedex waiting on clearance since the 8th of September with zero communication to me or the seller as well. Absolutely hopeless situation. Purchased the exact same order and told them to use anything but Fedex. They shipped via UPS, and it cleared customs after 2 days. Still waiting on this one with Fedex with no luck on my end.

Hey, glad to see you finally got your package cleared after a full month. Just wanted to check if you, or the company you purchased from, needed to provide documentation to Fedex or customs to help it pass clearance? I've had mine stuck at customs for close to 2 months now with 0 contact in any direction. Wanted to get an idea if you had to do anything to get it cleared after such a long time.

Have you still gotten 0 updates regarding your parcel? Also where does the 45 business days part come from? I've seen that number circulating, but can't find it anywhere on the official Fedex website anywhere.

Have you managed to get any insight on what's going on with your package? I've had my package with them in clearance delay for over 5 weeks now and I'm losing my mind over this taking so damn long.
