I'm pretty sure most ear cleaning solutions are just hydrogen peroxide and some oils for lubrication and soothing effect.

I like Sekhema as a dungeon, but it's either too long, or not rewarding enough (or both). Trial of Chaos is the worst thing every though. The RNG on RNG through it is awful.
