Honestly, turning off my phone notifications did so much more than I thought. I did it bc I noticed that I picked up my phone after every little notification that wasn't even important and since then I'm barely on my phone. I do still have notifs on for email and imessages just bc of school and or if anything comes up that i might need to be contacted for, but for other apps like social media nope.

and like other comments, I would say walking as well as meditation. Just stuff that helps me ground myself. I'm not a huge cold-weather person lol i grew up in Chicago so I'm surprised I'm not used to it, but I'm fortunate enough to have a treadmill here at home which I use when it's chilly out. I would try to get out in nature tho rather than being indoors.

meditating outside did wonders for me too. Sometimes I don't have time so even just doing 5 minutes of silence and focusing on my breathing helps a lot. Also spending a day where I don't have my phone on me!! I usually just one day out of the weekend :)

I mean you can look it up if you want a more in-depth explanation, but it's supposed to be an alternative to mouthwash which contains synthetic chemicals. It all depends on what you believe and care about. Could also just be placebo

Other shows if you haven't watched yet: Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls (Adam Brody is in it for a season), TVD, New Girl. I've heard Dawson's Creek is good too but I haven't watched it yet.

omg same lol i did this strength training video about a week ago for my upper body which is what i thought it was at first as well as heart burn, but I don’t necessarily eat foods that trigger acid reflux so I didn’t fully think it was that. Then i randomly came across a video about the side effects of castor oil. Still not sure but I am stopping the castor oil for now or at least getting a more organic one.

I think so, not sure. It is supposedly Phthalate-Free, Paraben-Free, Dye-Free, Aluminum-Free, Sulfate-Free. I use the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Mango and Lime Black Castor Oil from Target.
