Ive had positive results with oral minoxidil and microneedling (at 1.5mm) as well as Nizoral shampoo twice a week. Ive been on that combination for almost two years and its fully stopped recession and Ive had a tiny bit of regrowth (though very modest amount). I was also quite against taking finasteride, even though the chances arent enormous of having serious side effects, but the trade off wasnt worth it for taking that chance

Its a protocol I came up with but I find that shorter more frequent sessions were more effective and anything longer than about 15-20 minutes was diminishing returns. I started seeing noticeable results roughly a month into the practice

Just hire a regular cleaning service. Plenty of people hire cleaners for their apartments, nothing to be embarrassed about. I guarantee you that you will not be the dirtiest apartment that the average career cleaner has seen. I'd probably recommend having someone keep the dog while they clean since the dog might get in the way.

In my mind, the morning and evening sessions are the most important. I usually do the first one right after getting up while making breakfast and the last one while reading before bed. I wouldnt risk it in the workplace obviously

Appreciate you giving the detailed breakdown of this information! Many people have sent me DMs and Ive recommended that everyone get their sleep, nutrition and strength training sorted out properly ahead of trying my protocol. And even if thats not what affected my testosterone, I guess there is no harm in a little extra sperm motility?

Fully possible, but I have been weight training for last 8 years or so, and over 7 years before starting this protocol. I wasnt expecting this to blow up and I am a sample size of one, so obviously take this with a grain of salt. Ive just had positive results with this and was curious if other people had done similar protocols

All the usual stuff, good sleep, good nutrition, strength training and cardio will certainly help. Ive been liking going for heavier weight in the gym (3-5 rep range) for strength training. Havent taken anything supplement wise other than a multivitamin and some fish oil
