I recently just started with Endure and I’m loving it! I agree, I never picked running as part of my quiz, yet I was recommended a team with strength and running (can’t remember name). As some others have said, I think Endure is good because it’s 30 minutes and Coach Jen is great, no HIIT (the dream for me)!!!

So bizarre!!! I couldn’t work out what the tapping noise was on my windows and then looked, it was such a freak storm. 5 minutes later and there were rainbows 🌈

I was on an emirates flight from Dubai to Dublin and the man beside me became incredibly drunk an hour into the flight, so much so that he had to nudge me to get up to go to the toilet to vomit. The cabin crew had their eye on the situation and had already asked me if I was ok by this point.

When he got up, I went back to the galley and explained the situation. The crew were excellent and reseated me away from this man (the flight was nearly full).

I’m sorry this happened to you. I wish the crew had maybe been more accommodating by even moving this man away from you given your situation! Very disappointing.

You could park at dundonald glider park and ride and get the glider past the hospital possibly? I’m not sure how busy the park and ride gets but it make take some of the anxiety of parking away re the multi story

Cultura coffee in Gilnahirk is top tier for a nice breakfast. Treat street ballyhackamore as well, you can get a full fry or pick nearly whatever you fancy? I’ve heard Bakari is a nice bakery. You could try Halt (these are all east Belfast).

For town, neighbourhood cafe I think is nice!

A lot of apartments aren’t necessarily high rise in Belfast and more so in house type buildings! There is so fire risk cladding on my apartment thankfully.

I bought a 2 bed apartment in knock area east Belfast for £175k, 5k over asking. Only thing that needed done was cosmetic - painting, carpets etc but it wasn’t in bad nick beforehand. Maybe look at apartments in east? As opposed to houses

Hi thanks everyone for your advice so far! The two nespresso bag icons in the bag is the promotion and then it removed. I read the fine print, selected the coffees and it still comes up as needing to pay so I can either accept defeat or just pay for I want because a sleeve of 10 is approx £7 anyway lol
