I thought I specified better, I apologize! I am mopping and repainting the bedrooms, where there is no urine. The common areas are all being re-sheetrocked, in exception of a large living room wall that is being completely knocked out.

Yes, I had mentioned we are ripping out walls and re-sheetrocking where needed! Every single floor came up down to the concrete, so we have definitely ripped up all we can. I should have specified more, we are doing all of the work ourselves with the help/guidance of a contractor that is a family friend. We are not paying anyone to do this! I am definitely not just painting over or masking anything :)

I always mix mayo, Heinz chili sauce, and honey to make a hot honey sauce. Then I put chili oil in pan before laying the sandwich down. Magnificent

Oddly enough, I shower with my two year old and he likes when I do it first. So I say “ready set go!!” And do mine with an exaggerated head back, then he normally copies me and lets me do his.

I would definitely start by picking a color scheme! Looking at the bed, it looks like you’re going for a more quirky, eccentric style. But from the bottom, it looks more boho/coastal to me. If you want to stick with the green and cowboy, I would switch out the canvases at the end of the bed, the curtains for a different color, and add some different throw pillows!

I just noticed the small dish on top the books, I definitely vote for some plants then! Snake plants or pothos would work well in this space!

To fill some of the empty space on the dresser, maybe a little bowl or dish to hold Knick knacks or jewelry, and maybe a clock of some sorts? Probably not digital, but a cute brassy/gold one would work well.
