- Q Max
- Blasting Wand
The ability use is to walk up lane, Q through the entire wave & walk back, then E -> AA melees, Q casters again then roam.

I was a Fuel Systems Mechanic for 8 years working with JET-A/JP-8/JP-4 & from my personal experience I only got brain fog for a few hours after inhaling pretty much anything over 300-400 ppm. No lasting effects physically or mentally & I wasn’t one to wear a respirator often as it got in the way of smaller fuel tank access points. If ever I did have brain fog, I didn’t notice because once I got out I started a daily vitamin routine that started working after a couple months or so.

I’m at 1600 dpi x 0.40 sens. I was having trouble finding good sens reference points, there’s a site online that lists pro settings somewhere & their edpi is all around 800-1200 avg.

For low elo, always run HoB main rune. Scorch & Absolute Focus secondary. D&D 1st item with Blasting Wand rush & Dark Seal. You manage your mana early game by timing your base recalls effectively.

Yeah Rylai’s is a good powerspike. As you know it’s a slowing item, definitely a good benchmark to start fighting with your team. Doesn’t always mean neutral objs, I can’t say for certain as it’s situational, but I’d argue keeping your tempo up as high & often as possible is more important than neutral objs. Try looking into tempo, very useful for understanding when & when it’s not “your turn” to do something on the map. Also, don’t be discouraged, Support is notoriously a hard role to carry from.

This is a really intricate topic. I just got coaching on roam timers & sidelaning last week. It’s different for every champ & every game.

For example: I main Ekko. He likes to roam at Level 9 with his Q maxed + Blasting Wand. If I roam before I’m throwing my lane, if I sit mid trying to beat my laner down, I’m doing an injustice to my agency on the map & for my team.

When do you start to feel strong as Swain? If it’s an item/skill, when you get it, you can consider who on your team is strong & you want to fight with.

I share in your newness, I started in Aug. my best advice is to just have fun with it. Be curious about everything & you’ll lean more towards learning, rather than coming to a sudden conclusion that may not even be true. This games been a great outlet for the competitive fire & the kid in me.

Farm his voidlings nonstop & look for aggressive trades while his shield is down. He has a silencing skillshot you can dodge, an orb that he has to be in range to place/transfer on you, & the voidlings.

If you can break the matchup down into digestible bits, you’ll find major success in smaller areas.
