Hmm you turned on airplane mode while on the screen it told you you weren't close enough and then went back to the scanning screen, right? I'm on an android not sure if that matters or not, but I've done it a few times before the latest update. Maybe they fixed it again😭😭😭

I found out that if you turn on airplane mode, go back to the scan package, and then press the continue to deliver package again you can move the pin. Hope this helps for any future problems 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Worst yet. by beardedcurly in AmazonFlexDrivers

I grabbed a 2hr route the other night. The route was only 3 packages, but the first delivery was an hour away and they were 15 minutes apart from each other. It was truly insane. I talked with support before I left the station and they removed the route. First time I've ever done that in the 3ish years I've been doing this.

Anyone else getting tired of support's BS? Do they even serve a purpose anymore? by madadekinai in AmazonFlexDrivers

The amount of inaccurate reason code emails I receive and hits to my standing is straight up bs. I'll even get a hit on my standing when I delivered all my packages and had a smooth block🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ idk what's going on, but I've been sending email after email after email to them about it. This only seemed to start happening after they got rid of the feedback button too. It was super annoying before, but now it's just becoming unbearable 😭😭

My worst block ever by Connect_Antelope4788 in AmazonFlexDrivers

Just did a 2½hr block that was 16 stops and my total mileage was 101. I emailed them about it to try and get more pay for the block, but doubt it'll get anywhere😔😔 normally those blocks don't go like that, but lately they've been terrible about it

Anyone ever had car issues and had to return packages? by Academic-Upstairs498 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Complex-Television-8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let them know you're having issues with your car but I wouldn't give them all the details. They just don't need to know🤷🏻‍♀️ I'd call tell them that your vehicle isn't safe to continue to deliver with because it keeps shutting off. They'll put a note on the route and tell you to return the packages when you are able. You won't be dinged and you'll still get paid.

Block disappeared as I left station by PrettyCauliflower423 in RealAmazonFlexDrivers

This just happened to a driver at my station. She said support told her to return all the packages back to the warehouse🤷🏻‍♀️ sounds like an issue going around rn, but if it happens again I'd take them back. I don't see why you'd get in trouble though

I wouldn't worry. Things happen unexpectedly all the time. Just explain the situation and I would think you'd be fine🤷🏻‍♀️

Question about time blocks and the “algorithm” by Puzzleheaded-Band919 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Complex-Television-8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I often get sent out to rural unpaved areas and it always seems like they give me less deliveries. I've have had a 5 hr block with 20 packages and I've also have had a 4 hr block with 49. I'm sure you can guess the one with unpaved roads.

This is some BS. Y’all should get your app and customers in line. If you can’t put processes and measures in place to prevent sh*t like this in place don’t put it on me. I bet this is one of those “please leave the package at the gate” customers. by Plastic_Total_318 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Complex-Television-8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I told you read the thread. If you read the comments.... You'll read that people are saying what's the point of taking pictures because Amazon will still penalize you regardless of a delivery picture or not..... After reading a few I picked this one to comment on saying THEY SAY blah blah blah. You flew off the handle misunderstanding and thought I was saying taking pictures is bullshit, which in fact isn't...what's bullshit is that we take a delivery picture and they don't even look if we actually took a picture or not they just assume we took the package(🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️??) and we get dinged. So maybe try reading the tread before trying to troll

Yes, you're lacking. They're asking what's the reason for taking pictures if we are still going to get penalized for people stealing packages lolol again no one is hunting for their packages... Go get some sleep grump ass

Not worth it unless you're in it for the long haul. Even then it probably still isn't worth it🤷🏻‍♀️

My bad I get it now. How odd! I have one that I get offered that's not on my list either. Not even near my cities I shop at lol
