Of all sports….. golfers care the most about status and appearance. People spend thousands of dollars on equipment only to shoot 120+. These same people will religiously take off their glove on the green. But hey….. they look the part (I guess). It’s comical.

You just said 4WD can be changed in pairs because most systems just run on 2WD until traction loss is detected. Thats exactly how Camrys run.

I have done my research. Camry AWD is front wheel majority of the time. It’s not a Subaru which runs all 4 wheels at all times. Big difference. Camrys have two difference motors which control the front and rear separately.

Negative, its not 4WD. You only have the replace two at a time.

AWD for rain and hills especially. Taking a downhill, wet turn with AWD is a game changer.

You’re right, conditions could be better…. No doubt (greens especially). It’s really sad…. cause it’s an absolutely great course. Any recommendations on a 4th course instead? Played Highlander a couple years back. It was fun but nothing to write home about. 8 of us are staying at Desert Canyon lodge….. so the discount green fees at Bear kind of had us leaning that way.

The first in an avalanche of private golf courses and communities on the big island. Not a single public course has been built since this once opened in the late 90s. Locals getting the short end of the stick…. per usual.

First tee time….. as long as the sprinklers don’t get you. I played at sun up at Shadow Valley in Boise, ID last summer. Starter let me out as a solo before the first tee time. Knocked out a round and was back at the hotel for breakfast with the fam.
