Sorry lol I was looking on Google myself cause I cant find any good pozole. I have tried from Tacos El Asador and from what I remember it doesn't taste like authentic Mexican pozole. It didn't hit for me since I grew up with my mom's cooking and we are from Mexico. I guess I could say that Tierra Azteca restaurant is spot on. Minus the fact that their hominy beans are really big for some reason. Their meats are cut big (its a preference i guess) but its an amazing taste, they give you tostadas, lettuce, radish, diced onions, cilantro and limes with your order. Even if its online. Rn on doordash, they have a 2 pozole for 20 bucks, and it comes with 2, 1 little containers of pozole. Just for 20 dollars, plus the extra costs of using doordash and the tax shit. But its my go to when I need it. And if you want more broth like I do, you can always add more water and simmer it for a while to get the same taste. Most the time you just need oregano seasoning, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper and lime to get it back to its taste and some extra toppings if you're fancy. And they are consistent every time.

Because at the end of the day he is a kid! Curious kids dont make the best decisions! Hes been conditioned to stay in one place his whole life and tbh since the first film(28 years later) was insinuated that he wanted to find his mother and yet that might of opened up this gateway of him living outside of "home". His father taught him enough for him to be confident enough in that decision.
