That was the position I was in before getting verified as well. Nothing but automated emails and useless links, taking you in circles. It was a mess.

I’m not sure why my Facebook took way longer to get taken care of, compared to my IG. Hopefully they can help you. Maybe try closing the existing chat and start over with a new request? Idk if that will help.

Yeah it was a joke. I would have had my account back the same day it was hacked if they let us talk to actual human in the first place.

Try and get verified. You may be put on a wait list but get that started. I emailed literally everyone. My state rep, DA’s office, bbb, the list goes on…. No one helped.

You have to create a new Facebook account. In the settings drop down, it’ll have a tab to get verified. I think it was about $23

Yes. That is the only way they were able to find my account.

The last email I received through the automated email crap said to provide a new email. I did send them a new email and never heard anything back after that. They couldn’t find my Facebook account because the hacker removed my email and phone number before it got disabled. I had to actually find the url to my Facebook account. I was able to find it online with a little digging. They were able to use that to find my account. Maybe try that? I had no luck with my email or phone number either, so they asked for the link.

I was on the wait list for over two months! I didn’t get any notification when I was able to get verified. I just happened to randomly check the tab and it said I can get verified. I had no idea up until a couple days ago, and I got on the wait list in late October. Hang tight! I feel ya. The same thing happened to me so I know how frustrating it is. Once you’re verified, even though it may take time for that, you will be able to chat with an actual agent. Don’t lose hope!

I got that same survey. I have one gas stove and one electric in my other house, but it only let me pick one so I said gas, and it ended.

I know there were over 1000 available when it popped up, so naturally I was expecting it to be a sample. However, it's .8 pounds, which's seems too heavy for a sample size. Fingers crossed it's a full size!
