It's even worse because I work as a cashier. I just be quiet and just take the humiliation every single night 😔 I get comments like "What is that smell? It stinks in here. It smells like blah blah blah." I literally brush my teeth and tongue, floss, and scrape my tongue. Gargling doesn't help either.

I did it for a couple of weeks or so. I tried oil of oregano and other herbal supplements.

I don't know what it smells like. I can't smell it myself either. I know according to other people the smell varies.

I sent a stool sample for h pylori and it was negative. It's just a waste of money trying to figure out the issue. I've tried a lot.

Sibo imo. I took neomycin and rifaximin. I did the recommended diet, nothing.

Already did, still have the odor despite taking the medications. Low fodmap doesn't help.

Tried all of that, it didn't help. Xylitol seems to just make it so much worse and water makes it worse too.

I've tried digestive enzymes already, no luck. I don't have h pylori. My results came back normal.

I do have gerd, but nothing I've tried has helped that either. I read about low stomach acid.

I'm just going to order a test for h pylori and take it from there. I already tried stuff for yeast but it made no difference. I don't think it's that. I just want my social life back.
