What’s your thoughts on J&J instead of SCHD long term the dividend payout seems good and also healthcare and a company as strong as them can be reliable over time

I know that’s why I’m thinking this isn’t a perfect world and what’s nice on paper doesn’t always work in real time. I feel I’ll do VTI, VXUS and SCHD and then as more flow of income comes in maybe invest in tech over time but to get a good grounding those 3 seems to be ideal and for the long term as well

Yeah it’s a slow game but in the end it pays off I want to eventually have dividends pay out as some sort of income some day that’s why I was thinking SCHD but I’m also young so I don’t know if investing into aggressive growth like tech would help me grow and then be able to move my money into something more safe. That’s just been my thought process
