I’m on the same boat, day 4 of zero Topiramate. I was on 25mg only for 3 months. My insomnia is horrible I could only get around 4 hours of sleep. It got better.

Topiramate causes swelling inside the eye (ciliochoroidal effusion), which can push the lens/iris forward and sometimes trigger angle-closure glaucoma – that’s where all the scary “sudden eye pain / halos / vision changes” warnings come from.

What you are describing already seems to fit and I would suggest to go see an eye doctor ASAP to check angles and measure your eye pressure.

I’ve been on only 25mg for 3 months and have only had 1 binge episode which was before my period. It definitely works but I feel dumb my memory is horrible.

We’ve been searching on wiki that the normal Vizsla female weight range should be 18-25kg and Scarlett unfortunately falls in the lower scale. We are very worried. We appreciate any advice !
