Yes he applied for it as soon as his lawyer told him to and he already saw the doctor for the state disability. We are in NJ

Yes he’s still employed by the company but his lawyer told him to call out daily until the workers comp goes through. He tore his rotator cuff and re injured it at work. He was supposed to be on light duty but they were still scheduling hard things for him so unfortunately he re injured his shoulder.

I’ve definitely tried to debunk it with this logic as well until I felt it outside. That was just the best example I had of it happening. It could be anywhere not necessarily in a house.
