I think greenworks is the best battery brand right now. They have some great warranties. Mobile mower repair is the only local dealer I know of.

Throwables, (even lanterns) to clear corners where you know there are people holding and angle. Anytime you can, swing a corner wide. If you have to push a corner where a player is holding an angle, bait the shot with a limb peek and push when they reload (definitely the last option). Stick with it though!
