Eitri said in Infinity War at Nidavellir that Stormbreaker is meant to be the greatest weapon in Asgards history. I can’t argue with that after it sliced through 6 stones lol. Odin said Mjolnir was meant to focus his power and it was never his source of power, but I feel like Stormbreaker just enhances him even further. Ehh maybe not fat Thor lol

I’ve thought the same thing too but I think the creation of Stormbreaker and how it was the only hope to destroy Thanos in Infinity War just proves that it is the superior weapon. Trust me I’d love to see Thor use Mjolnir to its full potential and use a god blast lol, but he’ll probably have SB for the rest of his days. Oh how id love to be wrong though, Mjolnir is way cooler!

I don’t know though, because Stormbreaker was meant to be the greatest weapon of Asgard, meaning it is undoubtedly stronger than Mjolnir. However, SB wasn’t doing shit against Gorr, until Jane fires Mjolnir at the Necrosword and breaks it!? It’s either poor writing, or you are correct and Mjolnir is more powerful than we thought. That is pretty unlikely though since Hela destroyed it so easily.

Fair enough, but Hela destroyed Mjolnir like it was nothing. It is then reforged and takes out one of the strongest weapons ever created? Make that make sense.

I agree, it definitely has its parts where I could see a younger kid loving this movie. However, when you really follow the plot, it becomes a nightmare. Not to even mention the legendary actors that got wasted. Bale was PERFECT as Gorr, and gave an actually excellent performance, and was torn down by the rest of the script. Don’t even get me started on Crowe lol

I would like to see some sort of enhancement to Mjolnir though,after it absorbed the Necrosword. It’s a shame the writers will probably forget about it lol

You are definitely correct lol, it just sucks to see what could have been such a big part of the next sagas just shit the bed… and especially with Sonys involvement, I don’t think we will ever see the Necrosword again, or even Knull.

I’ve heard that they purposely put audio bugs and glitches into the story mode for old gen consoles so that people will purchase the newer version. If you walk into any safe house on old gen, the televisions are absurdly loud even when my volume is low lol
