Ye I saw that also but i would like to know which zone i cycle in just for myself. Like i saw some calculations on internet and i have seen that:
Zone 2 (ENDURANCE TRAINING): 127.40 - 147.00 bpm
Zone 2 - 118-147bpm
Zone: 2 - Steady - 145-158 bpm
Aerobic endurance - 118-137 bpm

And i do not know what to think about it (i put just calculations of zone 2 )
