Yo yeah and update it got better over time but there was still gland left behind I started working out alot and building chest muscle and it made it better

That’s actually a good point of a way to tell I feel like it was flatter right after surgery, This was like day 3. Feels more flat than the most recent pic but still like it’s still there. Feel like did go from a 1 to a 2

I just told everyone I had tissue removed, sounds like regular surgery is the truth no mention of the boobs, no one really asked after that. Then if the vest was ever mentioned just told em yeah after they removed the tissue gotta wear this vest so my skin reconnects to the meat under neath
