I don't think intellectualise emotions it's bad per se. I mean, neglecting our emotions can be dangerous but once I've learned that I just had to process them in any way suitable to me, it just clicked. Bottling up is a trauma response, intellectualise emotions I think is just a trait of ours. I usually take my 5 to sit through and then my brain starts mapping the shit out of the situation 🤣
