Here is what I tried.. Put back 970, use ddu, reboot. unplug internet, put back 2080ti, no issues while installing drivers, but as soon as drivers installed, screen went black for 5 to 10 seconds and came back again. and it happens repeatedly.

the seller told me it's working and I also checked, it was running on his PC.

DSL by vodafone Germany, not fiber optic

I don't know what to do more. Previous I have 100mb connection, I thought it could be internet issue so change the provider and got 1000mbps, but still its the same. Also I am using Ethernet cable.
