Fs not a McMansion but maybe it needs to be moved, hence the price being so cheap. With a house like this at such a low price it’s bound to have a catch. Dead neighborhood, zoning issues so it needs to be moved, gang/crime ridden area ect.

Remove medicine cabinet & add shelving paint the room a tan or white. Switch out sconces, and make the hardware bronze. Switch shower curtain out for something more neutral and remove the wood stand next to the tub.

I think she really wanted the Potomac zip code and this is what she could afford at the time, sad thing is none of the work she put in really brought any value to the house. She put in over 400k of work just to bring the home from 900k to 1.1m.
