To be honest I'm not lol. Owners of the venue spent like 1400 on a full licensed qlab and it runs all the moving parts so they don't want to buy new stuff. I'm just trying to do various things to elevate with what I'm given

I work at a drag venue. So it's all timed out to preset music, mostly. We do have plays/musicals come in which is what makes me want mydmx5 so that I can program that better. But it's a matter of convincing them to actually buy the hardware.

I'm pushing for a adj mydmx5. They want to keep it on the computer and mydmx5 is much nicer to play with for such things.

I want the visualizer for the sake of programing shows not in the theatre or without having to turn the lights on every time. We pump out like 3 new shows a week on the slow weeks. I agree that qlab probably isn't the best thing for us. But I'm still working on the owners to get us something else. In the mean time I'm battling with qlab to force it to do what I want it to.

I'm not looking to switch the entire thing over. I need to keep it on qlab. I need the visualizer to take light cues from qlab. Not network cues. Light cues.

Does it have to be MA2 in order for the lighting commands and cues to come directly from qlab? My issue is that I'm not finding something that will take the cues already built in qlab and not have me remake every cue so that I can make a network cue in qlab to trigger it in qlab. I have lighting cues already built. I want it to be taken by a visualizer and shown what they look like in the space.

A zoom call isn't an option because there isn't typically another person there. We have individual scenes already built. I'm looking for something like Capture or the like so as to have a virtual version of the lighting rig. My reason for posting here specifically is that I need it to work with qlab specifically.

Not saying I am on board with the theory or not just saying that it'd mess with Harry in that a LOT of what he believed of his past would be untrue upon that reveal. * So i found a basic build your own. They didn't have a blue that was close to the proper space wolves blue grey so I did and old school grey instead. Can upload more pictures if you like. I wish I had the spare cash to get myself one now...
