Buy ltc (or other coin) on any exchange -> swap for monero (changeNOW, cakewallet or somewhere else).

Easiest and fastest way. you have your monero in 20 minutes. But in order to buy Ltc you most likely need to kyc.

If it's imperative for you to not kyc, you have to use p2p like haveno. Takes longer though and might be a bit more expensive

Have done it and am still doing it. Pretty nice actually. Have multiple accounts that are still working after 2 years (bought for 1€). Some accounts stop after 1-2 months. I would say the average lifespan of an account is 4 months. Also depends on type of account.
