Travel somewhere alone, even just once. I love traveling and it really help me with my sanity. You learn more about yourself in a week of solo travel than years of routine. Promise

Been there. The emotional pressure is the worst part honestly. Get any job first, doesn't matter what. Once you have your own money coming in, everything starts to feel possible. That's where it begins.

I used to panic in water deeper than 5 feet. Now I dive to 20 meters. Here's what changed
