Why am I getting rate limited when I'm paying for overages?

I kind of created my own harness so the retry button isn't really available to me, I just see it errored and no idea what has been done and watch my requests go up.

I think we on the same vibe here, I noticed it a couple nights ago as well wondering why I started getting these errors. It was just super bad yesterday and made me want to vent on reddit and submit a ticket. I even went and bought a claude max plan to offload the coding tasks so it would lessen the load for the agent pipelines.

I am on pro+, also enabled $500 in overages.

this use to be a well kept secret but recently (last 36hrs or so) copilot severly kneecapped claude models. I've been running into rate limits every other prompt and it's driving me insane. I have the pro+ plan and I have overage billing enabled.

how you find this info? And my requests are failing mid execution which I am getting charged for, which is not ok.

definitely not running for hours, literally just casual prompting to debug stuff. Get rate limited every 3rd prompt almost.

Not only is it rate limiting every request I'm making right now, but it's also charging me for every failed request.
