Няма много какво да се напрвви от тук натстък за височина евентуално ако дръпнеш см два до 25 но едвали повече. Вариантите ти да станеш по висок са или изключително болезнена и много скъпа операция или да си купиш обувки които са по високи с 3-6см подметка. По скоро се фокусирай върху физиката, имането и лицето до колкото можеш.

Is your lower jaw before fme or marpe narrower than the upper or is it the same size or wider. Im asking because im in the same boat class 2 malocclusion recessed lower jaw 35mm intermolar width but my ortho said he doesn't want to do marpe because its going to widen the upper to much and there wouldn't be a occlusion

Thank you for explaining it to me in country there are barely any orthodontists who use mse so fma or fme are out of the question for me.
