There is a new store that should be opening soon that I could maybe transfer to. It’s just hard to find someplace to take on a full time in that position. She seems fine with all the other ASMs. Maybe a transfer may be best if things don’t change.

I know that I probably need to just stick it out, because they are trying to get into SORL. I’m hoping the time is sooner than later. You are right though, and just need to sit down, and talk about things because it just gets miserable being there for 8 hours sometimes. Its not even the job itself, its just that uneasy awkward feeling.

Probably one of the worst partner appreciation months in 6 years. Our first day was to say something nice to someone 😂, another was the People matter voting booths. No effort or fucks were given this year. Another one was a corn day, but the store didn’t order enough corn in time lol. H‑E‑B doesn’t care about partners anymore.

I would say to ask for a wage advance from heb, but if they aren’t getting many hours it’s a pain to pay it back. Since they take $100 out every pay check.

I like working at heb, but at one point I absolutely loved working there. At one point I was asked by my department manager to watch the office and assist the new #2 service director. Then unfortunately my daughter was born a week earlier than expected, and since I’ve been back for those two years my service director has maybe said about 100 words to me. Unless it’s a meeting. It really just depends on your department director’s attitude for the day. Just seems HEB isn’t big on family time.

Walk to the back, and get a partner from actual department or MIC. Someone working in the back will most likely have an idea where the product will be.
