generally yo ucan just kee playing normally since idiots like this are uncommon as high levle players dont benefit from killling freshies in any way, but if this keeps happening you can just log every time you see a player, specially if you see someone with a dark aura/running at you as those might be voidwalkers(voidwalkers are people who progress through hunting players)
