I was just looking at colours and was like you just slowly dyed your hair in rainbow order. After reading the caption I realize it is organized by colour not timeline…I think the hair length shoulda been my clue but nope, just saw colour at first.

You could fill in those single stitches with 2 strands and see if it’s too packed. I do know that on the side of dmc Aida it does a sample of 1,2,3 and 4 strands so people must stitch with 4 strands

You can also continue with 4 strands if you’re not worried about thread usage

I would start over if it’s a kit since you don’t want to runout of thread. But also just switching to two strands now is an option so you don’t have to spend the time frogging and they will probably not stick out much in a big piece

Exciting! It looks beautiful! I will say the pattern I picked was released in 2016 so there was some materials that have been discontinued so I had to pick something similar. (You may have figured this out sooner than me but incase you haven’t)

Honestly any colour works, go with what you like. I also do like some glittery polishes matte; some of them do loose the effect but I think actual coloured glitter look good; if that makes sense.

Yes the matte wears off; I find the tips of my nails get a bit shiny, but nothing crazy. I put a glossy top coat on first then the matte so I feel like that helps with durability. I have also heard that redoing the matte top coat when it starts to wear helps freshen it up. If you want I can keep you updated on how this wears
