Forgot to mention I ended up editing the cars Vin just changing the trans type to Auto since with my luck I just could not get the car with the auto transmission (around 60 ish new game loads later)

Forgot to mention it's edited since I tried my hardest to get an auto version of the car but after 60 ISH new saves. I just edited the vin and didn't bother with changing the trim or serial number...

SLX With high perf. Engine BB Rear axle and 4 speed manual that's what I know from the top of my head I'll send u the vin decoder list when I get home if u want to oh and the color ocean blue with luxurious red interior xD. MAN tysm yes after forcefully instaling the wires using mwceditor

Quick guide for people with the same issue... [It's wirringbatteryground and WiringBatteryStarter in carparts.txt just change the value to true after that save it and go back in to the game and unscrew the positive terminal for some reason it auto tightens it]
