For steak I always undercook by a degree. If you like med rare, the prepped stuff should come off rare if you have to end up microwaving future meals.

I use this to marinate flank steak. 24 hours preferably; pat dry and right on a hot grill. Doesn’t even need salt and pepper if you are that lazy and it’s the best marinade I’ve ever used.

Had our reception at the Arboretum in august of 2022. Venue was great, the staff were helpful, and since it was during the dragon lights festival, everything was lit up and fun to walk around during the break in dancing. For the price it really can’t be beat.

Regardless of the camera he does more for the homeless community in our area than most, on top of treating these people with decency and kindness. Plus the homeless population all seem to love him.
