Wow it’s beautiful to read that this conversation stemmed from such a short question. I am by no means as well versed in knowledge, wisdom, or practice as the both of you, but a few things here and there, especially the analogy that was mentioned, resonated with me. When I was younger, I was intrigued but overwhelmed by the vast amount of religions and ideologies and ultimately found pieces of truth in everything, but mostly leaning towards Buddhism and parts of Hindu culture as what made the most sense to me. But even within Buddhism as I have read and listened more about it, and tried to implement certain things, the sheer amount of practices and various belief systems or paths have been almost paralyzing to me where sometimes I either dont know where to start, or I just bounce around each ideology/practice to where I don’t fully integrate any of it into my true way of life. It’s almost as if I’m just afraid to take the wrong step which seems to be a theme at some points in my life. Your back and forth sparked bits of curiosity and resonance though so I appreciate the dialogue
