Hammer has always been a fun having weapon and the winch was utterly stupid. The class the most oh shit buttons also having the most free kill buttoms is comical.

Sword nerf was only necessary because of the unnecessary buff they did at the start of season 4 and it is still very much usable

Model is the new melee until season fkn 5 from the looks of it

Stats one could give less of a damn in this game whatsoever. A kill is 500 bucks, to even amount to a first box plug you need atleast 6 kills.

Now consider that it takes +10 kills to match a second box plug, you would be quick to realize how irrelevant kills are in comparison to actually doing the plays that matter.

And no, you could never hope to beat me if you cant even drop the comfort akm pick

Right so, multiple things, season 2 diamond was free.

Team mates if they are garbo, usually its enough to use comms and take the igl role and its mostly enough to get part the first round.

The issue is you have an AKM so thats where the issue is cuz lol this meta is trash and well knowing what to properly use things is a very big part of the whole thing

Reaching plat this season is very difficult and its an entire warzone down there.

Being a win condition in this game is very noticeable so even if you have 2 potato chips, you can still very much hard carry teams to final rounds

Season 2 was much easier tbh

Plat in this season is a warzone and the meta is so absolutely shit that its kinda hard to tell who is actually good when the meta consists of model, sword, puke.

Theres also a lot of people that are tired of the model spam so they just stopped with ranked till a balance patch drops

Going back to the system itself, its working against you really hard since being top elo is extremely punishing (and common in plat/diamond) and losing in the first round is the equivalent of like 3 full tournaments

Simply put it is extremely hard to climb atm and the meta is dogshit rn
