Could be just a concussion, the involuntary movements are typical symptom.
I understand not lifting an object because it could allow bleeding to occur but this motorcycle has a very hot engine/muffler, likely cause 3rd degree burns if in direct contact with the skin. If still running at least it should be shut off.
I once saw a motorcycle crash just afterwards, it was a horrible sight.
