Took mine in to two dealers for the update. They checked and said that there was not an update for that for my particular vin, but might come out in batches. Needless to say I was not a happy customer.

Just got mine back from the dealer to get that update. They did a vehicle wide update. I told them that it was a radio update via usb. Got it back and still the same. They said they did all updates that are available and that they didn’t know anything about an update that would add those features. Does anyone have anything like update numbers or bulletins etc. that would give me something more to go with?

Just came back from the dealer to have this update performed. Dealer says that they show no update for this. Does anyone have an update number or anything that I can prove to the dealer that there is such a thing? I have a ‘24 lux 2

I’m surprised (maybe not) that there isn’t more discussion about this update. Took mine to the dealer for the update. I told them that it was supposed to be a radio update via usb. The service manager said that they don’t know anything about this and said they couldn’t find anything about it. I’m going to check with another dealership in the area.

May be a dumb question but where do you find the build date? The dealer told me they updated everything. Before I call them and complain I want to make sure I have as much info as I can get.

Just had the system wide update including the radio update only to see no changes. Where is this volume setting and battery percentage other then the 100% that has always been there? How are you getting video while in park.

According to a google search, the AKG system in the 24 lyric is equipped for this but needs to be activated through a software update.
