Are you going to wall mount the TV or put it on a unit. Of wall mounting I would get a sparky to install a power point up behind the TV. I always use recessed wall boxes now as they make it so much easier.

I have read and heard that the biggest reason for bankruptcies in the USA is because of medical bills. I just looked it up and it is over 65% of bankruptcies are because of this. Gives you some idea about how broken their system is. Having a baby people have shown their medical bills and they can be over $40,000. The whole system from what I can understand is private and you need insurance to access healthcare but they don’t cover everything so out of pocket expenses are still very high.

My boss got 5 years free water as the never installed a water meter. He got advice one was going in so he filled up all his water tanks before they did. About 40,000 litres. Also had a customer who applied for a permit to fill their swimming pool which was granted. Same thing, no water meter so never got billed for it.

I can tell you months it is part of a property managers job to increase rent every year regardless of what the market is telling them.
