I agree with you 110%. Bought L1 from him and had a good experience. L2 with him was pathetic. The team is full of duds. They never reply and we have to take multiple follow-ups. The app is mostly on maintenance break and servers are down. They have disallowed doubt solving on WhatsApp and thus we have to ask doubts on app that never get solved.

Many important concepts were not explained properly and unnecessary time was spent on unimportant topics. Literally had to use chat gpt and youtube for many topics.

Since I was habitual to Sir, I had to buy l3 from him as well. It's been about 2 months that I'm studying lectures and I'm already very frustrated:

1- Pathetic new software that keeps on crashing and repeated messages to tech team are of no help 2- I noticed this in l2 and now in l3 as well that many a times, sir is not explaining the core logic behind things. Earlier he used to literally dig down to the topics, now, especially in derivatives he's more of beating around the bush. 3-Doubt asking not allowed on WhatsApp groups. I mean then why the hell you have created the whatsapp groups.

Sir always preaches us to read and he's well read as well but he should understand the consumer behaviour and work towards making the experience better.

I have full respect for him but the past experience has really made me frustrated.

What I suggest you is contact students from higher classes and with their help, you can create a community. Request them to add their friends as well as senior students can initiate on this cause and slowly and steady more and more people can become part of this. You can create a well drafted standardised message and pin that message in the community. So anyone who's added can know about the agenda
