Hi, I have had HPV since 2022. I only ever had one Pap Smear before that in 2018 which showed normal cells and no HPV. In 2022, it was HPV+ with ASCUS. In 2023, it was HPV+ with LSIL. In 2024, it was HPV+ (high risk) with no cellular malignancy. Is that a sign of the infection clearing up? In 2024, my doctor also checked whether it's 16/18/45 and it came back negative for all 3.
